The Electac P fan systems with self supporting take the fumes or dust away at source using either "L" type (Aluminium fame with flexible hose sleeve) or "P" type (Aluminium tubes with flexible joints) arms. These arms can swivel 360 degrees and have full vertical movement. In addition, the nozzle has a two-plane movement, enabling operation from the full radius of the arm to right under the arm mounting bracket.

Normal self supporting extractor arms are available in lengths from 1.5 metres to up to 5 metres and also the Electac extendable extractor arm which can concertina between 0.9 to 1.8 metres while still allowing the nozzle to be fully positionable.

The P fans are available in two standard sizes with various motor powers and voltages.

Double operator systems are available to make an economical alternative to two separate systems when two operations need to be covered.
